    • OBITUARY:
      Frank Derr passed away, May 3rd, at 11 a.m. after a lingering illness at his home in the town of York, at the age of 46 years.

      He was born Nov. 29th, 1869, in the town Columbus, and was married June 18th, 1895, to Caroline Kraus, of York.

      He is survived by his widow, and a daughter, Genevieve, his aged father, Joseph Derr, one brother, seven sisters, and many friends who deeply mourn his loss. Mr, Derr was a prominent farmer and stockman, a man of genial disposition and sterling qualities and who enjoyed an unusual large peronal acquaintance in his community.

      He was a member of the Columbus, Council, 1609, Knights of Columbus, and also of St. Joseph's Society, East Bristol.

      The funeral which was very largely attended, was held at St. Joseph's Church, East Bristol, Saturday at 10 o'clock, Rev. Father Wolfe officiating. The out of town relatives who attended were Mr. Chas Graser and Miss Tillie Graser, Chicago, Mrs. Geo. Phillips and Mr. Walter Hauser, of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Christiansen and Mr. and Mrs. Jas Christiansen, of' Waunakee.
